Health & Safety Policies for 2022 Annual Conference

The NFMA is pleased to be returning to in person for our Annual Conference in May. NFMA’s priority for all conferences is the safety and health of our attendees, speakers, guests and team members.  In order to enable in-person events to take place with lower risk to participants, NFMA leadership has adopted the following Health & Safety Policies for the 2022 Annual Conference and any future in person events:

  • All attendees and guests must be fully vaccinated by April 30, 2022. Fully vaccinated means that the individual has received two vaccine shots (or one vaccine shot if Johnson & Johnson) and a booster.
  • All attendees must provide proof of vaccination through Crowdpass. All attendees will be sent a link to verify vaccination status in mid-April; verification must be completed prior to May 10, 2022 in order to attend the Annual Conference.
  • NFMA will be following local, state and national guidance regarding masking. The NFMA Conference is being held at the Four Seasons Las Vegas and is subject to all COVID related mandates, rules and regulations of the City of Las Vegas and the Four Seasons.  These mandates and rules may change prior to the conference, so please consult the Four Seasons Las Vegas website and the City of Las Vegas website for more information and updates.
  • National, state and local guidelines regarding methods to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 continue to evolve. The NFMA reserves the right to update its policies from time to time.
